Pronoun

         Personal  pronoun.

Adalah kata ganti orang.

Yaitu : 1, you, they, we, he, she, dan it.

           Proper Noun

Adalah nama diri.

Contoh : Ratna, Dwi, Nazwa  dll

3          Numeral

Nimeral terdiri atas dua :

a.       Sebagai pronoun ( berdiri sendiri, tidak diikuti oleh noun )

Contoh:

One is enough.

Two are okay.

The first is wonderful.

The second is disappointing.

b.      Sebagai adjective ( diikuti oleh noun )

Contoh :

One example is enough.

Two students are successful.

The first reason is funny.

The second option is terrible.

4         Demonstrative pronun ( kata ganti penunjuk )

Adalah kata ganti penunjuk yang berdiri sendiri, tidak diikuti noun.

This is a pencil.

That is a dictionary.

These are my books.

Those are my friends.

5            Demonstrative adjective

This is computer is very expensive.

That book is mine.

These boys are from Bantul.

Those girl are college students.

6            Possessive pronoun ( kata ganti milik )

Mine, yours, his, hers, ours, theirs.

7             Indefinite pronoun ( kata ganti tak tentu )

All, any, none, some, each, everyone, anyone, nobody, something.

8           Noun ( kata benda )

Table, house, computer.

9         Noun phrase

Adalah serangkaian kata yang tidak mempunyai subject, predikat, dan arti lengkap, serta dalam serangkaian kata tersebut terdapat kata benda yang diterangkan oleh kata lainnya.

Contoh :

            An expensive book.

            Beautiful lady.

1           To infinitive

Adalah : to + V1

1         Gerund

adalahV – ing yang berfungsi sebagai kata benda.

Type – typing.

Write – writing.

Cook – cooking.
